Our Marketing & BD team ensures that we maintain our market position as the leading European IP firm. Working with a multitude of stakeholders within the business, the team strives to deliver tailored experiences that meet client needs. Our remit encompasses all areas of marketing, business development and communications including our website, social media, email marketing, webinars and podcasts, CRM, pitches, and BD intelligence focus, as well as 1:1 BD strategy support for individuals.


Our People team creates and delivers people strategies that helps the firm meet its goals. We have a broad remit that includes all aspects of the employee lifecycle; from recruitment, learning and development and policies and processes, through to employee relations and information systems. Working in partnership with the business, we support the operational and strategic priorities of the firm.

Our Office Services team support our organisation to create an optimal, safe & secure working environment for our people to thrive. We oversee all aspects of building maintenance, health and safety, security, catering & supplies to the office. We are always ready to provide our clients & visitors with a comfortable and memorable experience when they visit.


Our Records and Formalities team play a crucial role in the efficiency within our organisation. We collaborate closely with our attorneys to provide support from first filings through to grant and registration for our Patents, Trademarks, Transactions and Dispute Resolution teams, ensuring legal documentation is always accurate and up to date.

Our Secretarial function is instrumental to our business. We support our attorneys and clients with their daily responsibilities to sustain a streamlined workflow. Our responsibilities include drafting and formatting of relevant legal documents, managing daily prompt lists and database and diary management. We are equipped with the knowledge and expertise to handle queries from our clients to an exceptional, professional standard and are committed to providing prompt support.
