Alexander Wilson and Michelle Montgomery were promoted to Senior Associates as of 1st July 2024
Carpmaels & Ransford is pleased to announce the promotion of Alexander Wilson and Michelle Montgomery to Senior Associates, effective from 1st July 2024.
Alexander Wilson has extensive experience in handling all stages of patent prosecution, as well as EPO opposition and appeal proceedings, and advising on patent validity. Alex has worked on a diverse range of subject matter, including therapeutic antibodies, gene therapies and bioanalytical methods.
Michelle Montgomery has experience in prosecuting a broad range of chemical subject matter including pharmaceuticals, consumer products, medical devices, catalysts, polymers and nanomaterials before the European Patent Office. Michelle also has extensive experience drafting patent applications, handling EPO opposition and appeal proceedings and advising on freedom-to-operate.
