Carpmaels & Ransford wins three awards
Carpmaels & Ransford was awarded EPO Proceedings Firm of the Year and UK Patent Disputes Firm of the Year at the Managing IP EMEA Awards held last night in London.
The firm was also recognised for its European expertise with the coveted Europe Impact Case of the Year award for the firm’s involvement in B&Bartoni v EUIPO (Case T-617/21); a significant design case that was considered by the EU General Court.
The Managing IP awards celebrate the achievements of IP practitioners and firms over the last year, covering over 50 jurisdictions worldwide.
